Jennifer M. Jenkins LCPC, LPC, CCTP, C-DBT
CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is licensed in Maryland, Texas and Virginia and serves as a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in Maryland and Virginia. Jennifer earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

Jennifer believes that everyone has a purpose. She understands both personally and professionally how intimidating it can be to seek professional help, but also how life-changing therapy can be. Taking the first step requires courage, and she is committed to working alongside her clients to help them meet their goals and build fulfilling, meaningful lives.
With extensive experience and a passion for guiding clients toward self-discovery, Jennifer provides empathetic, culturally sensitive counseling. She specializes in working with individuals aged 18 and older, as well as couples and families. Her goal is to empower people to overcome challenges such as chronic stress, anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, and trauma.
Jennifer tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s needs, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. She views each session as an opportunity to learn from the past, find strength in the present, and create a hopeful future.
Beyond her professional role, Jennifer is a dedicated wife and mother who cherishes time with family and friends. She enjoys exploring new cuisines, watching movies, and traveling in her free time.

Valecia Canery, LCPC, LPC, CCTP
THERAPIST
Valecia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is licensed in Maryland and Virginia. She earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Valecia believes in meeting clients where they are while providing trauma-informed, mental health, addictions, and dual diagnosis therapy. Treatment occurs in a judgement free, person-centered space. She utilizes an integrative collaborative approach with modalities such as CBT, DBT, and multiple relaxation techniques to assist clients in achieving their overall optimum level of mental well- being.
Valecia is a 4-year USAF veteran, and a lifetime military family member. She is a single mother and believes in the healing power of her fur kids. She welcomes a diverse range of individuals aged 18 and up.

Shara Miller, LMSW
THERAPIST
Shara is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a degree from the University of Maryland. She is dedicated to providing a compassionate and inclusive therapeutic environment. Shara believes that every individual's lived experiences shape their perspective and resilience, and she works to honor those unique journeys in therapy.

Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Shara helps clients ages 7-18 identify and reframe negative thought patterns, empowering them to develop practical coping strategies. Her collaborative and client-centered approach fosters a safe space for exploration and growth.

Shara's diverse background and appreciation for all experiences allow her to connect deeply with clients from all walks of life. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or personal growth, Shara is committed to supporting each client on their path to healing and self-discovery.

Outside of therapy, Shara enjoys hiking, practicing mindfulness, and engaging with community wellness initiatives. She believes in the power of connection, both in and out of the therapy room, and strives to create a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Letasha Harmon, LMSW
THERAPIST
Letasha is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Salisbury University, and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in social work at Morgan State University, with a focus on clinical work within urban communities.

Letasha is committed to guiding individuals through life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and women’s issues. With a deep understanding of family and child dynamics, she creates a supportive space where healing and growth can flourish. Her approach is integrative and culturally responsive, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with African-centered and holistic practices. She believes in honoring each individual’s unique experiences and strengths, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and personal transformation. Through a lens that respects cultural identity and holistic well-being, she strives to help clients navigate change, manage anxiety, and find fulfillment in their lives. She works with individuals aged 12 and older.
