No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy

At Live Free Therapy, we strive to provide the best possible care for all our clients. To ensure fairness and accommodate others, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $50 fee.  This 24-hour policy is firm to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.

• Session Start Times: Each session begins promptly at the scheduled time. A grace period of 10 minutes is offered before the appointment is marked as a no-show or late cancellation.

• Missed Sessions & Fees

• If three sessions are missed without proper 24-hour notice and the associated fees remain unpaid, future appointments may be canceled until the balance is settled.

• To avoid cancellation of future sessions, all outstanding fees must be paid within 24 hours.
